Off-Track

Sample entry: this shows the kind of garage door or gate job we handle. The photo and details are illustrative, not a record of a specific customer job.
A car nudged the bottom panel of a two-car door, knocking rollers out of the right track. The track was straightened, rollers replaced, and the door put back in line.
The problem
The lower two rollers on the right side had popped out of a bent vertical track, and the door was jammed partway open. The owner needed to know whether the bottom section could be saved or had to be replaced.
What we did
- Clamped the door and took tension off the springs
- Straightened the bent track section and re-secured its mounting brackets
- Replaced the damaged rollers and guided the door back into the tracks
- Inspected the bottom section and cables, then balanced the door
The result
The door runs straight and quietly in both tracks. The bottom section had a small crease but no structural damage, so it stayed in service and the owner kept the option to replace it later.
